JORDAN FOR MAINE
I stood alone on the debate stage to support an Assault Weapons Ban. Lewiston was the site of one of the worst mass shootings in our country’s history in 2023. We need to ban weapons of war from our streets. In Congress, I’ll vote to keep our communities safe from gun violence.

| Standout element | Candidate's raised hand frozen mid-debate overlaid with bold red text claiming sole Democratic courage on the debate stage |
| Tactic | The ad leverages local tragedy (Lewiston shooting) and a vivid visual of the candidate literally raising his hand alone to establish moral courage and differentiation from other Democrats, making a character-based case for his gun-control stance. |
