Pamela Stevenson for Kentucky
One of the sneaky things that happens in Frankfort is that bills change at the last minute. Sometimes with so many changes it is impossible to know what is in them. I wait to place my vote until after I read them. I am headed back to Frankfort today for the last 2 days of session and I will be recording all of my votes now that I have read the hundreds of pages of last minute addtions.
