Tom Willis Victory
It was an honor to visit Lewis County High School and spend time with the outstanding young men and women of the Jr ROTC program, sharing the importance of honor, integrity, self-discipline and using wisdom in every decision they make. I can say with confidence these fine cadets represent the very best of our future leaders.
