My bill with Senator Pat Toomey, the NCIS Denial Notification Act, would help keep guns out of the hands of those prohibited from having them. It, along with the background check bill passed by the House, won’t stop every shooting, but together they can save countless lives. It’s time to stand with the American public on gun safety.
