KESSLER 2026

Many of you have asked me about my current stance on reproductive freedom. Let me address that now. I’ve always believed in personal responsibility, human dignity, and freedom. Over time, I’ve listened to doctors, to women, to families, and I’ve seen what happens when the government overreaches into deeply personal decisions. My position has evolved because the facts are clear: banning abortion and threatening access to contraception doesn’t protect life — it strips away freedom and endangers health. That’s why, if elected, I will immediately cosponsor the Women’s Health Protection Act to codify Roe v. Wade and the Right to Contraception Act to protect access to birth control and the providers who prescribe it. Growth is part of leadership. Freedom is non-negotiable.
