When a vaccine is completed the pharmaceutical companies should sell the COVID-19 vaccine AT COST. This is not the time to profiteer or capitalize on an epidemic. Arkansans should receive paid sick leave for the time they are away from work due to this state of emergency event in order to prevent spread. We should also consider putting a one month hold on utilities and mortgages/rent costs. www.ReplaceTomCotton.com
