House of Representatives for the 1st District of Oklahoma
It’s a beautiful scene down at Lafortune Park today where KRMG and Fox23 are holding a fundraiser for the families of Sgt. Craig Johnson and Officer Aurash Zarkeshan. I was glad to stop by this morning at 6 am to show my support for these families. The fundraiser will be going on until 7 pm tonight. If you have the chance to come down to Lafortune today and support these families, please do. Remember to thank your local officers for the work they do!

| Standout element | Live Fox23 news broadcast screenshot lending earned-media credibility to a community fundraiser appearance |
| Tactic | The ad borrows local TV news credibility to portray Hern as a community-first leader who shows up at 6am for fallen officers' families, driving empathy and trust without any partisan attack. |
