I had a constituent reach out to my office a couple months ago because she was having problems receiving her stimulus check. It turns out her check had been deposited to another account. My wonderful DC Staff Assistant, Hanna, was absolutely dedicated to helping her solve her problem. Today, this constituent reached out to tell me that her identify had been stolen. Hanna stayed on the line with the constituent and the IRS for over three hours to make sure her problem was solved. As the message said, Hanna went "above and beyond the call of duty" and is a very "pleasant, professional, and all-around great person." Something the whole office knew, but it's great to hear this from constituents! Hanna, thank you for doing such great work on behalf of the First District of Oklahoma. I am proud to have people like Hanna working for me and my constituents. If you have any trouble with anything, stimulus check related or otherwise, please do not hesitate to contact my office at (202) 225-2211.
