I need to be honest and ask a favor Our fundraising slowed down quite a bit this week, and we’re pacing behind our goals. I get it. Politics is often the last thing we want to think about around the holidays. There’s so much going on already, and a lot of folks have long to-do lists. But in this new and much more expensive race, we can’t afford to fall behind our goals. And the truth is everyone will know if we do when we make our numbers public after the FEC deadline this month. So I’m hoping our top supporters can help turn things around before the holidays. We have a lot of ground to make up, but it all works when everybody gives a little. Can you contribute $5 or whatever you can spare to fund our movement to take back Texas? Every dollar will be immediately put to work to reach voters in every corner of our state. Winning this race and flipping this seat could give us the majority we need in the Senate to expand health care, fully fund our public schools, get Big Money out of politics, and start reducing costs for working families instead of giving tax cuts to billionaire mega-donors. If we can make up enough ground today, it’ll keep us on track to meet our goals and win this race. James
