ICE has murdered people in cold blood. They've used Blackhawk helicopters and brandished weapons of war on our streets. They've kidnapped a woman off the streets in my district — her family had no idea where she'd been taken until we located her in a Texas facility after jumping through red tape.
Noem has denied me and other members of Congress oversight of ICE facilities so she and ICE officers can continue to violate due process and Constitutional rights.
This violence is destroying lives across the nation. Enough is enough.
