My goal is that WV become a Top 10 business state in the Nation. Sara and I are proud to be a part of the downtown Martinsburg business community. At Glenloch Legal and Top Title and Escrow, we help others with title and escrow real estate closings, business law, and estate planning. It takes a team with business owners working in partnership with community leaders to build a better future with more jobs and opportunities. The legislature's role is to create the conditions for business success, including low taxes, minimum regulatory burdens and red tape, and transparent efficient protection of property rights. Then get out of the way for WV entrepreneurs to do their thing. Working together, we will make WV a Top 10 business state!
